Welcome to BENET. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BENET baby tracking application and related services ("Service") operated by BENET ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

IMPORTANT: Sections 16 (Dispute Resolution) and 17 (Governing Law) contain an agreement to resolve disputes individually (not via class action) and a choice of governing law. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BENET. They apply to:

• The BENET mobile application (iOS, Android)
• Any related websites, services, and communications
• Updates, new features, and beta functionality

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• Baby profiles (children's information) are entered by parents or guardians on behalf of their children. You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter.
• The Service is not directed to children under 13 in the United States (see our Privacy Policy for COPPA details).
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
